Cabbage Cruch Salad

½ cup toasted, slivered almonds
1 head shredded cabbage
4-5 green onions, chopped
1 package chicken flavored ramen noodles, uncooked and crumbled into small pieces

2 tablespoons of sugar (or sugar substitute to taste, 2-3 packets)
⅓ cup of red wine vinegar
⅓ cup canola oil
⅓ cup of water
1 packet seasoning, from noodles

1. Combine the first four ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix the dressing ingredients. Add to the salad right before serving.
