Spinach Tomato Pasta

8 ounces uncooked whole grain pasta (use whatever type of pasta you prefer)
3 cups chopped, seeded tomatoes
1 (10 ounce) package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
½ cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese

1. Cook pasta according to package directions
2. Meanwhile, in nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil and then sauté the onions and garlic. Add the tomatoes and spinach and continue cooking until the tomatoes are softened. Season with salt.
3. Drain the pasta then toss with the tomato mixture, green onions and feta cheese.
4. Serve immediately.
