Return/Refund Policy

Through Health Connections Network’s website, you may purchase publications,
register for workshops and make donations.

Publication Refund Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with a publication,
return it within 90 days for a full refund, not including the original shipping
and handling cost.

Workshop Registration Refund Policy: Workshop fee refunds may be requested
up to 7 days prior to the event.

If you change your mind about contributing to Health Connections Network (HCN),
we are happy to honor your decision as long as you request a refund within 30
days of the date on which you made the contribution.

To request a refund, you can either call 1-888-LLS-7177
to talk to a customer service representative, write to The
Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 1311 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains, NY 10605
Attn: Support Services, or e-mail SupportServices@lls.org.

Approved refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit
card used for the original contribution for non-participant donors. For participants
who donate on their own page, a check will be processed once the refund has
been approved by the chapter. Please be sure to provide the confirmation number
from the original receipt.
